Main Meeting delegates are entitled to:
- Admission to attend the Main Meeting, view the Exhibition and coffee tea breaks.
- Congress Materials & Certificate of Attendance
* Residents and paramedical colleagues must produce proof of their status from respective institution.

Workshops delegates are entitled to:
Materials for workshop including Certificate of attendance, coffee breaks and lunch.
* Participants will gain admission only to workshop for which the ticket is valid.

Accompanying Persons are entitled to:
Admission to the opening ceremony, exhibition area with Heritage Tour (14 Mar) and Jurong Bird Park tour (15 Mar) and a Congress Bag.

PAYMENT

Registration is valid only upon receipt of the full payment. An email confirming registration will be sent only after receipt of the required fees.

Outstanding payments will be collected on site. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the Congress account on time.

Please include SGD30 for bank charges. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in additional to the registration fee.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another party. Please notify the Secretariat in writing of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If there is no replacement, a refund (the full conference fee less an administration charge of SGD200) will be made after notification is received in writing before 1 January 2008. After this date, no refunds will be made.
